No it is delicious, natural, healthy chocolate

There is no sugar or artificial sweeteners used in any of the recipes however we do use Stieva which is a natural herb that is 400 times sweeter than sugar.

4. Why are the recipes diabetic friendly?

When I created these recipes I did so with diabetics in mind. They had to be easy to make, easy to get the ingredients and best of all they had to be yummy to eat.

In order to read the downloadable book you will need to have Acrobat Reader on your computer. We have given you a “printer friendly” copy of the eBook as a bonus to make it is easy to print off a hard copy. Once you have downloaded the eBook you can print it out if you prefer a hard copy rather than reading it on-screen.
